A nice and fluffy Vanilla sponge  is used to make this Victorian-style
wedding or celebration cake. The sponge is layered with fresh whipped
cream and raspberry jam. The cakeis topped with fesh fruits and fresh flower and dusted with icing sugar. Alternatively this cake can be done with vanilla or chocolate sponge.
The cake in the adjacent picture is for 60 portions.
