How long can I keep your products and where should I store them?

Accepted Answer

All our products are freshly baked or prepared on the day, so we recommend that they are consumed within 1 day for optimum quality and freshness. All desserts should be kept refrigerated at all times.

Do you deliver? what do you Charge?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer delivery services for our cakes. Call us on 07754637930  or Visit our website for more information on our delivery policies.

Standard delivery is £15.00 up to 10 Miles from UB5, we offer One-hour delivery slots  and these are available every hour between 8am to 3pm. Our last delivery slot is 2pm – 3pm.

Do you have cake tastings? Do you charge for these?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer cake tastings at Odette's Cake Boutique.
You can choose a selectin of minimum 5 flavors, we will charge £30 for it  and if your order is above £200, we will add these £30 as a discount for you!

Are your cakes suitable for people with nut allergies?

Accepted Answer

While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with allergies. Odette  offers products containing peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat and other allergens.  All of our cakes are baked in the same bakery so it's possible that they may contain traces of nuts.

What do I do if I’m unhappy with my order/purchase (returns policy)

Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with our cake specialists. Where possible we’d like the product returned, providing proof of purchase,
